Refund policy
Preamble: Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or replacement. In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. In addition, we prefer the original packaging. The above conditions may differ in the event that the product was defective or damaged upon receipt of the package; in this case, please follow the replacement procedures listed below.
Department - Returns (if applicable): After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the item. In addition, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of the return. If approved, we will process your return and it will be automatically refunded within a certain period of time to your credit card or original payment method.
Section - Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you have not yet received your refund, please double-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be processed. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is released. If you have completed all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@elios-shop .co m .
Department - Items sold (if applicable): Returns are only accepted for items purchased at regular price, unfortunately we cannot return items that have been discounted.
Section - Replacements (if applicable): We only replace items that are defective and/or worn. If you need to replace the same product, please email us at contact@elios-shop.com . In this email, please include the order number (or copy of the invoice) and proof (photo or video of the defective and/or worn items), and send the product to the address indicated on the packaging.
Section - Shipping: To return the product, please email us at contact@elios-shop.com . You must pay the shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a return, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The time required to return the product depends on your place of residence (10-15 business days). If you are returning a product with a value of more than 75€, it is recommended that you use a tracking service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of the returned product.
